Hoteling Space Desk Guide

Arrival and Departure

Please clean the following items with disinfecting wipes upon arrival and departure:

• Desk surfaces
• Whiteboards if available and used during your visit 
• Chair
• Phone (if applicable)
• Keyboard (if applicable)
• Mouse (if applicable)
• Any door handle/knobs, light switches

Before you Leave the Office

• Please remove all paper and personal items from the desk.
• Leave the desk cleaner than you found it!

Items to Note

• Don't overstay your welcome, vacate the space at the end of your reservation
• Be mindful of noise
• Respect and expect privacy
• Secure your personal belongings
• Release your reservation if you don’t intend to use it
• Lysol wipes are safe to use on electronics
• Please do not remove monitors, keyboards, cables, chairs, or other equipment 

   from hoteling spaces

• The door is unlocked during normal business hours (9-5, M-F)
